A recording of Positive Money Europe’s new webinar on Helicopter Money is now available online.

During the conversation, Philippe Martin from the French Council of Economic Analysis gave us an overview of his latest research titled “What Else Can the European Central Bank Do?written together with Éric Monnet and Xavier Ragot. The author proposes that the ECB consider Helicopter Money as a contingent strategy to meet its inflation target of 2 percent. Then Claudia Sahm, Senior Fellow Jain Family Institute, provided her point of view on direct transfers in a lively discussion moderated by Catherine Feore.

We thank all the panelists and the participants for making the event a success.
