Positive Money Europe is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced public affairs professional to spearhead our advocacy work on sustainable finance, economic justice, central bank accountability & Eurozone reform.
Positive Money Europe is a fast-growing not-for-profit organisation whose mission is to make the money and banking system support a fair, democratic, and sustainable economy. We are the leading campaign group scrutinising the activities of the European Central Bank (ECB) and running campaigns and advocacy in the field of monetary policy, Eurozone economic governance, and sustainable finance.
The role requires monitoring policies and crafting strategies to make change happen inside the EU institutions while understanding the necessity to combine inside lobbying with outside communication and campaign strategies. If selected for the position, you will be a manager, capable of coordinating different projects at the same time, solving problems, stepping in when needed, being hands-on, and manage junior staff, and enabling others to work with each other around a shared strategy. You will enjoy building relationships with a large number of people to be in charge of maintaining and developing our engagement with MEPs, partner NGOs, the European Commission, Member State representatives, and other key influencers.
